Taxes and relief

The municipality of Čačak offers various reliefs to potential investors:
    -special relief in determining rent and compensation for the preparation of construction land:      
            -25% if the investor employs at least 50 workers,
            -50% if the employs at least 100 workers and
            -100% if he employs at least 200 workers;
    -relief from budget funds for encouraging employment;
    -adopted planning and strategic documents for the economic development of the municipality.
