A segment of the municipal gas grid, the Bresnica – Čačak gas distribution pipeline, runs through the Mrčajevci settlement. It is located within KO Mojsinje, 2 km from the highway, right along a local road. The land is publicly owned. The market value is 730 Euros/are. The compound of "Poljopromet" is near an aeronautical club which is foreseen in the Urban Plan of the municipality of Čačak as a civil aviation airport.
The municipal water supply grid runs in the vicinity of the location, with the possibility of connecting to it. Of existing electric power and thermal installations at the location, there is an overhead low-voltage electric power grid. It is possible to establish a connection to that grid.

The location is accessible by municipal roadways. Land users in the area are the "FRA" company (90%) and individual persons (10%). It is part of an industrial complex including the locations of CER, Litopapir, Tehnos, and part of a military compound. Within the location there are hydro-technical services, namely water supply and atmospheric and regular sewer. Additional hydro-technical services are required in the area.
Existing electric power and thermal installations at the location include both high- and low-voltage electric power grids, as well as steam heating installations. Additional power supply and telecommunication services are required.

It is part of an industrial complex located by the Čačak – Kraljevo highway and the railroad. The company is currently public, although privatization is under way.

The location is next to the M-22 Belgrade – Kraljevo highway. The current land status is that of a meadow. The land is privately owned. The location is very attractive, because it is close to the large shopping malls INTEREX and AUTO ČAČAK. Speedy and efficient transfer of ownership also make it very favourable.

The location is designated as a small businesses park in the detailed regulatory plan. It is located in the vicinity of roads M-22 and M-5, the city centre and the existing industrial park. Land users in the area are individual persons (95%), the municipality of Čačak, and other public companies (5%). Within the location there are hydro-technical services, namely water supply, and atmospheric and regular sewer. At the perimeter there is a steel gas pipeline, with GMSR in the vicinity.
